City woman charged with shoplifting

Tonya Coleman, 46, of 801 W. Fourth St., has been charged with misdemeanor shoplifting and receiving stolen property for allegedly stealing $703 worth of merchandise from the Weis Market, 1916 Lycoming Creek Road between mid-June and mid-July, according to Old Lycoming Township police. Following her arraignment before District Judge William Solomon, she is free on $5,000 bail.
