Drunk driver allegedly skips red light in city
Colby Morris, 28, of 22 DuBois St., Williamsport, allegedly drove through a red traffic signal at Campbell and West Third Street with a BAC of .162% Aug. 23, according to city police officer Andrew Stevens.
District Judge Christian Frey arraigned Morris for DUI and driving through a red traffic signal.
