Jesse J. Johnston, 30, of 200 Cottage Ave., has been charged by Old Lycoming Township police with forgery for allegedly passing a $20 counterfeit bill at Heller’s, 1941 Lycoming Creek Road, on Nov. 1, according to Old Lycoming Township police. He was arraigned before District Judge William Solomon and was jailed in lieu of bail.
