Noah Austin Falls, 23, of 27 West Drive, Waterville, faces felony charges of possession of child pornography, dissemination of images showing child sexual acts and illegal use of a communication device after at least four images considered to be child pornography were allegedly found on computer equipment at his home in mid-March, according to an investigator with the state police computer crime unit. Following his recent arraignment before District Judge Denise Dieter, Falls was denied bail and was automatically placed in the county prison.
