Fourth St., has been arrested on charges of delivery of a controlled substance and conspiracy for selling .6 grams of suspected fentanyl to an undercover officer in the 1700 block of East Third Street in Loyalsock Township on Dec. 10, investigators with the county’s Narcotics Enforcement Unit alleged in an affidavit. Following his arraignment before District Judge William Solomon, he was initially jailed, but is now free on $150,000 bail.
In another case, Melissa Ann Chirdon, 44, of 815 W.
