Clinton County man pleads guilty to paraphernalia charge

JERSEY SHORE — In a plea agreement before District Judge Denise Dieter, Rick Probst, 41, of Mill Hall, pled guilty to a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia after Tiadaghton Valley Regional police dropped a charge of possession of a controlled substance (bath salts).

The charges stem from an incident in the 200 block of Huffman Road in Piatt Township on May 18, police said. Probst set up arrangements to pay $570 in fines and court costs.
