Bradley Laverne Rinker, 35, of 79 Loudenslager Road, has been arrested and jailed on charges of sexually molesting a female minor in Loyalsock Township sometime between late December 2019 and February 2021, state police alleged in court papers that were filed Sunday as a result of allegations that came to light just last month that accused Rinker of having inappropriate contact with a minor.

“I’m flabbergasted. I want an attorney,” Rinker said at his arraignment before Dieter.

He has been charged with aggravated indecent assault, aggravated indecent assault of a child, two counts of indecent assault and corrupting the morals of a minor. He was released on $75,000 bail. Late last year, he received a 3 to 12-month sentence to the Lycoming County Prison and placed on probation for five years after being convicted of indecent assault of a minor. In early 2022, Rinker was arrested by state police on several counts of indecent assault for allegedly having inappropriate contact with two minors in Loyalsock Township back in 2017, according to court records.
