It was Colby Harris’ third shoplifting arrest when he attempted to steal a beer from behind a counter at Hull’s Landing, 27 Route 422, Muncy, on Nov. 11, 2023, state police alleged in court documents. While in the business, Harris and another man got into a minor skirmish, police alleged. Harris, 32, of 158 S. Fourth St., Hughesville, has been charged with felony shoplifting, disorderly conduct and harassment. He recently waived his preliminary hearing before District Judge Kirsten Gardner and remains in the county prison in lieu of $10,000 bail.
