Six face drug charges
Brennan Scott Gundrum, 28, of 1414 E. Third St., faces several felony charges for selling cocaine to informants on three occasions between July 30 and Aug. 9, it was alleged in court documents filed by the county’s Narcotics Enforcement Unit. The alleged sale all occurred in the 1100 block of Washington Boulevard. Arraigned before Biichle on three counts each of delivery of a controlled substance and illegal use of a cellphone plus one count of conspiracy, Gundrum was released on $75,000 bail. Later this week, he will have a preliminary hearing on charges of propulsion of missiles and related offenses for throwing a glass jar at a car driven by his ex-girlfriend in DuBoistown on Feb. 9. He is free on bail in this case as well.
In another NEU case, Cody Davis, 39, of 109 Parkwood St. , arraigned earlier this year on a set of felony drug charges, faces yet another felony charge of delivery of a controlled substance for his alleged involvement in selling 2 grams of crack cocaine to an undercover officer in the 1400 block of Market Street in the city on March 20, it was alleged in an affidavit filed by a detective. He has waived his preliminary hearing in this case and is free on $75,000. Already charged in this same case was Christine Marie Saiers, 48, of 400 Lycoming St.. who is also free on bail.
In another case, Ada Cynthia Green, 57, of 636 First Ave., has been charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia for having six bags of heroin in the 1100 block of West Fourth Street on May 3, city police alleged. She has since waived her preliminary hearing and is free on $10,000 bail.
In another city police case, Chanel Elliot, 39, of 559 Pond Road, Muncy, has been charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia for allegedly having cocaine, crack cocaine and marijuana in her vehicle at Hillside Avenue and Funston Avenue on Feb. 25, it was alleged in an affidavit. She has since waived her preliminary hearing before District Judge Christian Frey and is free on $10,000 bail.
In another case, Nicole Jeanet Cammarota, 31, of Harleysville, Montgomery County, has been charged by Lycoming Regional police with possession of a controlled substance (a vial of methamphetamine) and possession of drug paraphernalia on Route 15 in Lycoming Township on July 15. She has waived her preliminary hearing before District Judge William Solomon and is free on $7,500 bail.
In another case, state police charged Steven Matthew Winchester, 30, of 123 Harvest Moon Park, Linden, has been charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia after a bag of methamphetamine was found in his home on June 5, according to an affidavit. He has waived his preliminary hearing and is free on $10,000 bail.
