New account manager at brokerage firm
Clarissa Paige has joined the Williamsport branch of Swift Kennedy & Associates as an Account Manager. She will assist clients with policy renewals, claims, billing issues, and enrollments, and compliance with the Affordable Care Act.
Prior to joining Swift Kennedy, Paige worked as a credentialing specialist and administrative assistant at Geisinger. Before that, she served as a regional director at the council for educational travel, a human resources administrator at U.S. Well Services, and a safety, human resources, and compliance manager at QC Energy Resources.
Paige holds an Associate of an Arts degree from the University of Phoenix and is currently earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management.

New Billtown Blues officer and board members
The Billtown Blues Association Inc., a local 501 (c) 3, non-profit established in 1990 to promote and support the arts, especially American Roots Music, announced new additions to its Board of Directors and governing executive officers.
Teri MacBride, a Lewisburg resident, retired in 2017 as PPL Regional Affairs Director and is currently an active Community Volunteer. MacBride joins President Bill Van Campen, Vice President Tom Butler, and Treasurer Charles Lockard as the BBA’s slate of executive officers.
Newly appointed three-year term Billtown Blues Board members are Williamsport residents, Jared Mondell and Dave Strickler. Mondell is the assistant director and marketing director of the Uptown Music Collective. Strickler, holding a degree in Highway Engineering, retired from his network engineer position at Verizon in 2007. Mondell and Strickler join Christopher Kulp, Professor, Lycoming College, Bernie Strosser, Owner of Billtown Mechanical, and Pete Davenport, retired Brodart to round out the BBA Board. Bonnie Tallman serves as Executive Director. The organization is actively planning it’s 30th anniversary celebration.
Executive director promoted
LEWISBURG – Robert Musser, executive director of Buffalo Valley Lutheran Village, Lewisburg, has been promoted to senior executive director and will now also be responsible for oversight of Ohesson, another Diakon Senior Living Community in Lewistown.
A Mifflinburg native, Musser joined Diakon in 2012 as Buffalo Valley Lutheran Village’s nursing home administrator before being named executive director the following year.
With more than 25 years’ health-care experience, Musser has been a licensed nursing home administrator since 1998. He previously served as director of rehabilitation services for a local hospital offering skilled nursing, short-term inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation services.
He earned his bachelor’s degree from Juniata College and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Phoenix. He also is a graduate of the Leadership Susquehanna Valley
