18 accused of various crimes

Eighteen people have been charged with various criminal offenses, according to court records. Those charged and the law enforcement agencies involved were:

• Robert Treese Jr., 43, of 621 Lloyd St.; city police terroristic threats, false imprisonment and defiant trespassing (for violating a protection from abuse order filed against him by Jamie Lucas); for allegedly entering Lucas’ home at 1121 Almond St while intoxicated on Monday night and pulling her hair, pushing her against a wall and briefly preventing her from fleeing; a neighbor who heard screams called police and Treese started to leave, telling Lucas “I’m going to kill you;” jailed in lieu of $60,000 bail.

• Brittany Schlagel, 23, of 123 Main St., Jersey Shore; Tiadaghton Valley Regional police; simple assault and harassment for allegedly striking boyfriend Josh Boob in the face at 112 Glover St. on Sunday night; jailed in lieu bail.

• Gerald Rennicks Jr., 31, of 29 Harer Park Road, Jersey Shore; state police; strangulation, simple assault and harassment for allegedly putting his girlfriend, identified only as S. Hallman, in a choke hold and taking her to the ground during a disturbance at the couple’s Mifflin Township home on April 20; jailed in lieu of $15,000 bail.

• Motorist Christopher Santiago, 33, of 1536 Allegheny St., Jersey Shore; Tiadaghton Valley Regional police; fleeing police; reckless driving, careless driving and driving without a license following a pursuit on April 20 that began in the 300 block of Allegheny Street and continued to the 800 block of Seminary Street where he jumped out of the vehicle and ran home, where he was later taken into custody; jailed in lieu of $15,000 bail.

• Motorist Christina Walker, 42, 1048 Stryker Road, Trout Run; Tiadaghton Valley Regional police; accidents involving damage to attended vehicle or property and driving with a suspended license following a hit-run accident in the 100 block of Bridge Street in Jersey Shore on March 22;

• Karen McCloskey, 56, of 1309 Almond St.; city police; felony trespassing for allegedly entering a neighbor’s apartment in the same complex through a window on March 6; released on $7,500 bail.

• Motorist Tanisha Rivers, 36, of 335 Mifflin Place; city police; DUI (of a controlled substance) and driving with a suspended license in the 300 block of Campbell Street on Jan. 17; released on $3,500 bail; this was her second DUI arrest.

• Nathanael Zeigler, 18, of 2335 Northway Road Extension; state police; indecent assault, attempted indecent assault, corruption of a minor and harassment for allegedly having inappropriate contact with a teenage girl (a minor) on a Williamsport Area School District bus on Jan. 11; released on $5,000 bail.

• Hannah Minium, 23, of 8839 Route 87, Montoursville; state police; possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia on Interstate 180 near Market Street in the city on Jan. 13; released on $5,000 bail.

• Motorist Jeremey Troutman, 25, of Annapolis, Maryland; state police; DUI in 300 block of Route 15 in South Williamsport on Dec. 30; his blood-alcohol content level was .09; released on $5,000 bail.

• Motorist Gary Helminiak, 60, of 8251 Route 654; Montoursville police; DUI, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia in the 300 block of Broad Street on Dec. 22; he declined to provide a blood sample; released $10,000 bail.

• Connie Warren, 30, of 1767 Randall Circle; state police; misdemeanor shoplifting and receiving stolen property for allegedly stealing $312 worth of merchandise from Kmart, 1915 E. Third St., between Oct. 25 and Nov. 8; released on $5,000 bail.

• Motorist Scott Masker, 46, of 113 N. Washington St., Montoursville; Montoursville police; DUI following a crash in the 1000 block of N. Loyalsock Avenue on Nov. 3; his blood-alcohol content level was .28; released on $5,000 bail.

• Richard Jenkins, 49, and is wife, Victoria Jenkins, 57, of Culpeper, Va.; Montoursville police; felony theft and receiving stolen property after they purchased $69,000 worth of guns and silencers from Euro Optics, 635 N. Loyalsock Ave., for their business Tactical Boutique and paid for the merchandise with electronic checks, but allegedly had insufficient funds in their account on Nov. 1; both released on $30,000 bail each.

• Lycoming County Prison inmate and convicted sex offender Joel Kiessling, 52, of 910 High St.; city police; additional 35 counts of child pornography after investigators found 35 photos of nude female children on his cellphone that was seized during a search of his home mid-October; some of the photos showed children “engaged in prohibited acts,” two of the images on Kiessling’s phone were real juvenile victims previously identified through a federal child pornography investigation, according to a report submitted by the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children; recommitted Monday in lieu of an additional $100,000 bail; he has been incarcerated since mid-October on city police felony charges of allegedly soliciting sex from an FBI agent who was posing as a minor; he is awaiting trial for charges in this case.

• Motorist Jesse Roedts, 35, of 22 S. Montour St., Montoursville; state police; DUI (of controlled substance), possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia at Four Mile Drive and Warren Avenue in Loyalsock Township on Sept. 1; released on $5,000 bail.

• Motorist Larra Black, 39, of 659 Wildwood Blvd.; state police; DUI (of controlled substances), fleeing police, endangering the welfare of a child (riding in the vehicle) and careless driving on Interstate 180 in Montoursville on June 27; released on $20,000 bail.
