19 charged with various crimes in Lycoming County

Nineteen people have been charged with various criminal offenses, according to court records. Those charged and the law enforcement agencies involved were:

• Chad Southern Brown, 46, of 23 S. Main St., Muncy; state police; terroristic threats, simple assault, recklessly endangerment and harassment after allegedly assaulting Sharon Louise Sayre at his residence on July 28. He was held in lieu of $10,000.

• Bret Alexander Liddic, 35, of 91 Odell Road, Fairfield Township; state police; strangulation, simple assault and harassment after he allegedly assaulted Nichole Lee Bottart at his residence on July 27. He was jailed in lieu $10,000.

• Christ Pelletier, 33, of 170 Pinecrest Drive, Eldred Township; state police; simple assault, terroristic threats, endangering the wellbeing of a child, strangulation and harassment after he allegedly hit his wife and child at his residence on July 27. He was held in lieu of $7,500.

• Jeffrey S. Spong, 43, of 6418 Route 287, Jersey Shore; Tiadaghton police; theft and receiving stolen property after allegedly he stole $140 from the cash register at 909 Allegheny St. on July 9. He was sent a court summons.

• Ben Walk, 43, of 156 Montgomery St., Montgomery; state police; criminal mischief and harassment after he allegedly damaged Shanonlee Donley’s vehicle outside of his residence on July 7. He was released on $10,000.

• Lawrence E. Gaines III, 33, of 229 Nelson St., Jersey Shore; Tiadaghton police; retail theft after he allegedly took $237.38 worth of cigarettes without paying for them at 815 Allegheny St. on July 1. He was sent a court summons.

• Anthony John Gennarelli Jr., 52, of 117 North Lincoln Ave.; Tiadaghton police; retail theft after he allegedly took $16.69 worth of cigarettes without paying for them at 815 Allegheny St on July 1. He was sent a court summons.

• Jessica L. Lilley, 31, of 214 North Lincoln Ave.; Tiadaghton police; retail theft after she allegedly took $21 worth of cigarettes without paying for them at 815 Allegheny St. on July 1. She was sent a court summons.

• Jolene Eiler, 36, of Jersey Shore; Tiadaghton police; retail theft after she allegedly took $140.86 worth of cigarettes without paying for them at 815 Allegheny St. on July 1. She was sent a court summons.

• Valentino Lewis Anderson, 19, of 134 Oliver St.; Tiadaghton police; corruption of a minor, theft and receiving stolen property for allegedly stealing from a car at 212 Oak St. on June 30. He was sent a court summons.

• Tyshawn Malik Bowery, 18, of 624 Bellefonte Ave., Lock Haven; Tiadaghton police; DUI, driving without a valid license and driving a vehicle without insurance after he was pulled over at a DUI checkpoint and discovered to allegedly have ingested alcohol on May 25. He was sent a court summons.

• Gregory Charles Wood, 34, of Leesport; Tiadaghton police; possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia after he was allegedly discovered to have marijuana in his car at a DUI checkpoint along Route 287 in Piatt Township on May 25. He was sent a court summons.

• James George Cowher, 62, of 1910 Sweeley Ave.; Tiadaghton police; DUI, driving on a suspended license and careless driving after he allegedly cause an accident at 970 south Route 220 on May 24. He was held in lieu of $10,000.

• Alfred J. Muffley, 62, of 1966 Yale Ave.; Old Lycoming police; hindering apprehension for telling police Chy-Ann McCormick, who had a warrant for her arrest, was not in his residence on May 20. He was released on $2,500.

• Antwine Kenneth Jackson, 28, of 519 Eighth Ave.; state police; DUI,, driving on a suspended license, failing to use turn signals and careless driving after he was pulled over for swerving at 105 Maynard St. on May 11. He was released on $3,500.

• Jack Linn Reed Jr., 25, of 68 Broad St., Montgomery; City police; possession of controlled substance and drug paraphernalia after he allegedly threw items at people at 535 Arch St. on May 10. He was released on $2,500.

• Michael William Stugart, 41, of 337 Walnut St.; Old Lycoming police; DUI and driving into opposing traffic lanes when he was arrested for allegedly driving the wrong way on West Fourth Street on May 6. He was released on $3,500.

• Keegan Klese, 23, of 13 …” W. Fourth St.; state police; criminal mischief, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness after he allegedly damaged a vehicle along East Third Street while intoxicated on May 3. He was released on $5,000.

• Stephen Gauge Stavish, 25, of Old Forge; city police; DUI and careless driving after he was pulled over for swerving at 857 W. Third St. on May 2. He was released on $3,500.
