20 people charged with various crimes

Twenty people have been charged with various criminal offenses, according to court records. Those charged and the law enforcement agencies involved were:

• Joshua Feigles, 35, of 203 Carpenter St., Muncy; city police; felony burglary, felony trespassing, theft, receiving stolen property and tampering with evidence to allegedly entering tenant Daniel Brady’s room at the Kast Hotel, 723 Arch St., and allegedly stealing his cellphone late Thursday afternoon; jailed in lieu of $10,000 bail.

• Guyanthony Roberts, 60, of Covington; state police; terroristic threats for allegedly making a threatening remark to a psychologist at the Veterans Affairs Outpatient Clinic, 1705 Warren Ave., on Thursday afternoon; “If I don’t get this job, I am going to burn this place down and blow myself up,” he allegedly told the psychologist; jailed in lieu of $50,000 bail.

• Wayne Hunter, 29, of 420 Rural Ave.; city police; aggravated assault, terroristic threats and disorderly conduct for allegedly punching a security guard Taylor Donahay several times in the head while he was being treated in the emergency room at the UPMC Susquehanna Williamsport Regional Medical Center, 700 High St. , on Tuesday night; he also allegedly spit on a nurse; jailed in lieu of $10,000 bail.

• Danielle Smith, 38, of Gillett; Bradford County; city police; felony shoplifting after she was caught allegedly trying to steal $230 worth of merchandise from Wegmans, 201 William St., on July 1; initially jailed, but now free on $15,000 bail; this was her third shoplifting arrest.

• Cody Hooker, 20, of 613 Cemetery St.; Hughesville police; possession of methamphetamines and possession of drug paraphernalia at South Fourth and Water streets on June 8; released on $5,000 bail.

• Matthew Murosky, 27, homeless; state police; terroristic threats, unlawful restraint, simple assault and harassment for allegedly threatening kill girlfriend Alyssa Shook during a disturbance at 60 N. Main St. in Montgomery on June 6; he slammed her to the ground and put duct tape around her head in attempt to cover her mouth, police alleged; he also tied tape around her wrists to restrain her and threatened to kill her while holding a large knife; at his arraignment he told a district judge ” I didn’t do any of this;” jailed in lieu of $10,000 bail.

• Miria Beaghley, 34, of Williamsport; city police; possession of cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia in the 1200 block of West Fourth Street on May 2; released on $2,500 bail.

• Peter Zielewicz, 37, of 140 Mulberry St.; city police; DUI and careless driving following a crash in the 700 block of West Third Street on April 30; his blood-alcohol content level was .19; released on $3,500 bail.

• Tara Myers, 37, of Lock Haven; Tiadaghton Valley Regional police; DUI and careless driving on Route 220 in Piatt Township on April 25; her blood-alcohol content level was .23; released on $1,500 bail.

• Isaac Stetts, 21, of 796 Shadle Road, Jersey Shore; state police; DUI and underage drinking (he was 20 at time of incident) at West Fourth and Court streets in the city on April 6; his blood-alcohol content level was .08; released on $5,000 bail.

• April Bletz, 38, of Lock Haven; state police; corrupting the morals of a minor for allegedly allowing a teenage minor to “drink beer and smoke marijuana” in the 1000 block of Northway Road in Woodward Township on March 30; sent a summons to appear before a district judge.

• Erika Poole, 30, of 659 Rose St.; the county’s DUI Task Force in the 1400 block of East Third Street in Loyalsock Township on March 17; her blood-alcohol content level was .08; released on $5,000 bail.

• Troy Berry Jr., 31, of 602 Maple St.; the county’s Narcotics Enforcement Unit; possession with intent to deliver heroin and related offenses on March 7 and March 14 at his city home; jailed in lieu of $75,000 bail.

• James Gibbs, 42, of 44 Back St., Montoursville; city police; DUI of controlled substances, fleeing police, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia following a brief pursuit on Interstate 180 on March 8; jailed in lieu of $2,500 bail.

• Jeremy Dorward, 22, of 116 S. Market St., Muncy; Muncy police; DUI and possession of 13 grams of marijuana in 200 block of Swamp Alley on March 3; his blood-alcohol content level was .14; he has been sent a summons to appear before a district judge.

• Markus Wade, 20, no address; the county’s Narcotics Enforcement Unit; possession with intent to deliver cocaine and related offenses at Grace and Campbell streets on Feb. 6; jailed in lieu of $25,000 bail.

• Nicole Evans, 34, of 918 Race St.; the Tiadaghton Valley Regional police; DUI of fentanyl and alprazolam, possession of 21 methadone pills without a prescription, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving with a suspended license on Route 220 in Porter Township on Feb. 2; sent a summons to appear before a district judge.

• Shakur Smith, 19, of 1555 Scott St.; the county’s Narcotics Enforcement Unit; possession with intent to deliver five bags of heroin and related offenses at Memorial Avenue and Oliver Street in the city last Sept. 14; initially jailed, but not free on $95,000 bail.

• Brian Heeman, 50, of Danville; possession of 96 pseudoephedrine tablets for the manufacturing of methamphetamines at 636 Myers Road in Penn Township last Aug. 31; released on $20,000 bail.

• Nicole Matthews, 35, of Bloomsburg; city police; possession of four bags of heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia in the 200 block of William Street on April 16, 2018; released on $5,000 bail.
