24 charged for various crimes

Twenty four people have been charged with various criminal offenses, according to court records. Those charged and the law enforcement agencies involved were:

• Charles Stewart, 31, of 403 1/2 Oak St., Jersey Shore; Tiadaghton Valley Regional police; simple assault, disorderly conduct and harassment for allegedly punching his father, Donald, in the face, in the 100 block of Bridge Street in Jersey Shore on June 28; jailed initially on a bench warrant, but now free on $7,500 bail.

• Kenneth Bonaparte, 28, of Philadelphia; state police; possession with intent to deliver heroin, fentanyl and related offenses on Interstate 180 in Fairfield Township on June 25; jailed in lieu of $125,000 bail.

• Jerry Brooks, 39, and Priscilla Diller, 24, both of 4927 Lycoming Creek Road; state police; theft, receiving stolen property and criminal mischief for allegedly stealing Gary Vogel’s motorcycle from his home at 2007 Northway Road Extension in Loyalsock Township on June 19; the two allegedly damaged the cycle’s ignition system; the cycle was recovered days later at the couple’s home; Brooks is free on $25,000 bail while Diller is free on $10,000 bail.

• Dakotah Baney 29, of 1164 Wells Road, South Williamsport; Tiadaghton Valley Regional police; DUI and careless driving in the 5700 Route 44 South in Nippenose Township on June 2; his blood-alcohol content level was .14; sent a summons to appear before a district judge.

• Jason Cuff, 40, 1491 Dutch Hollow Road, Jersey Shore; Tiadaghton Valley Regional police; DUI and careless driving in the 700 block of Railroad Street in Porter Township on May 24; his blood-alcohol content level was .32; sent a summons to appear before a district judge.

• Zebadiah Allen, 23, of Mill Hall; state police; DUI and careless driving following a crash at Route 220 and Reynolds Road in Woodward Township on May 4; his blood-alcohol content level was .25; sent a summons to appear before a district judge.

• Kenneth Bower, 40, of 1999 W. Southern Ave., South Williamsport; Montoursville police; DUI and careless driving following a crash on Interstate 180 West on April 16; his blood-alcohol content level was .23; released on $5,000 bail.

• Anthony Moon, 21, of 523 Lycoming St.; city police; DUI in the 300 block of West Third Street on April 12; his blood-alcohol content level was .14; sent a summons to appear before a district judge.

• Steven Gulliver, 31, of Northumberland; city police; possession of six packets of heroin that were stamped with purple skull and labeled “demolition man,” possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a prohibitive offensive weapon (an expandable baton) at High and Hepburn streets on March 29; released on $5,000 bail.

• Christopher Pelletier, 33, of 424 W. Fourth St.; the Lycoming County District Attorney’s Office; making unsworn falsification to authorities for allegedly putting down false information on an application for license to carry a firearm which he filed at the county Sheriff’s Department at the county courthouse, 48 W. Third St., on Feb. 28; sent a summons to appear before a district judge.

• Warren R. Dogan, 27, of 845 Park Ave.; state police; 15 counts of possession of a controlled substance and three charges of criminal use of communication facility after allegedly selling cocaine from a residence and 10 blue bags of heroin to a confidential informant at his residence on July 8, 18 and 19. He is jailed in lieu of $250,000.

• Taylor Rahmir Hassan, 18, and Deandre Eugene Hudson, 20, both of Philadelphia; state police; two counts of possession of a controlled substance and tampering with physical evidence after allegedly throwing a bag containing four grams of cocaine and numerous small resale bags out of a bedroom window at 845 Park Ave. on July 18. Both were held in lieu of $150,000.

• Lindsay Nicole Snyder, 35, of 650 Second Ave.; city police; two counts of simple assault of a 12 year old or younger, simple assault, endangering welfare of children, terroristic threats after allegedly hitting and slapping a child, holding a knife to another child’s stomach and getting in a verbal altercation with both children on July 18 at her residence. She was held in lieu of $25,000.

• Earl Matthew Taylor, 27, of 646 Cherry St.; city police; two counts of aggravated assault, escape and fleeing, possession with intent to deliver, recklessly endangering another person and DUI after allegedly parking in a parking lot at 641 Walnut St. and getting out of car, admitting to previously smoking marijuana on July 10. He was held in lieu of $75,000.

• Wayne Allen Hunter, 29, of 1250 W. Fourth St.; city police; aggravated assault, terroristic threats and disorderly conduct after allegedly punching UPMC Susquehanna Williamsport Regional Medical Center security guard, Taylor Donohay, while trying to restrain him to a bed on July 9. He also allegedly spit on a nurse and threatened to ‘kill everyone’; He was held in lieu of $10,000.

• Mark Byron Magiardi, 31, of 307 Jerome Ave.; city police; bad checks for an alleged purchase at Bastian Tire and Auto Centers, on 430 Washington Blvd. for $847.81 in truck repairs. He was held in lieu of $5,000.

• James David Thompson, 36, of 653 Hepburn St.; city police; retail theft after allegedly stealing $22.74 worth of four containers of ice cream and two bags of sugar from Wegman’s on 201 William St. on May 31. He was held in lieu of $5,000.

• Justin Phillip Eck, 35, of 838 Fillman Road, in Jersey Shore; city police; false identification to law enforcement authorities, possession of drug paraphernalia, DUI after allegedly identifying as Alex Eck with pen tubes filled with white powdery substances in his driver side door as well as a digital scale and burnt brill from a crack pipe on West Church and Market streets on May 25. He was sent a court summons.

• Tyler Miles Comstock, 33, of 903 E. District Road in Watsontown; city police; DUI after allegedly snorting an unknown substance with a straw at the Turkey Hill, at 700 Washington Blvd., on March 19. Allegedly, gabapentin, clonazepam, oxycodone, fentanyl and norfentanyl were found in his system. He was held in lieu of $5,000.

• Christopher Snuggs, of 2204 W. Third St.; city police; DUI, damage to unattended vehicle after allegedly striking a vehicle after drinking at the Whiskey Room on East Church and Market Streets on March 14. His BAC was allegedly 0.161 and he was held in lieu of $5,000.

• Troy Lamar Berry, 31, of 602 Maple St.; Lycoming County Narcotics Enforcement Unit; four counts of possession with intent to deliver marijuana, two counts criminal use of communication facility, and two counts of possession of controlled substance after allegedly selling marijuana numerous times to a confidential informant from March 7 through March 14 at his residence. He was held in lieu of $75,000.

• Matthew Philip Flook, 33, of 1504 Almond St.; state police; DUI and careless driving after allegedly driving without headlights after leaving The Whiskey Room on Mulberry and East Third streets after drinking; he was sent a summons to appear in court.
