25 people sentenced in county court

Twenty-five people recently were sentenced in Lycoming County Court.

Four were sentenced to state prison. They are:

• Tramane W. Moore, 30, of Williamsport, 24 to 48 months, 200 hours probation and $1,500 in fines for receiving stolen property and theft by unlawful taking.

• Saleema L. Hunter, 40, of State Correctional Institution, Muncy, six to 12 months for disorderly conduct.

• Donna Ruley, 50, of Williamsport, 15 to 30 months and drug & alcohol assessment for possession with intent to deliver and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Michael M. Bullins, 42, of Williamsport, 30 to 60 months and drug & alcohol assessment for possession with intent to deliver and delivery of a controlled substance.

Nine were sentenced to county prison. They are:

• Donald D. Kiper Jr., 55, of Williamsport, six to 23 1/2 months, drug & alcohol assessment, mental health assessment, and 75 hours community service for endangering the welfare of children.

• Bruce Jackson Jr., 25, of Williamsport, 12 to 24 days for possession of a controlled substance.

• Kristen E. Waltz, 44, of State Correctional Institution, Cambridge Springs, 100 to 239 days for conspiracy for forgery.

• Francisco Ocampo-Miranda, 22, of Williamsport, three days to six months, $1,000 fine, drug & alcohol assessment, and 50 hours community service for disorderly conduct.

• Ishmil W. Harris, 36, of Lycoming County Prison, 11 1/2 to 24 months, drug & alcohol assessment and 50 hours community service for possession with intent to deliver.

• Saladin B. Brown, 20, of Lycoming County Prison, eight to 24 months, 36 months probation and mental health evaluation for possession of a controlled substance.

• Daniel L. Shank, 43, of Williamsport, 241 to 482 days for possession with intent to deliver, delivery of a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance.

• Devin S. Hoffman, 33, of Williamsport, 14 to 29 days, 30 months probation and 50 hours community service for theft by unlawful taking.

• Izalia M. Vazquez, 23, of Williamsport, four to nine days for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Three were sentenced to intermediate punishment. They are:

• Zabadiah X. Allen, 23, of Mill Hall, six months, $1,050 in fines, drug & alcohol assessment, and DUI education for DUI and traffic violations.

• Spencer C. Cotner, 23, of Muncy, six months, $1,000 fine, drug & alcohol assessment, DUI education, and 50 hours community service for DUI.

• Yaamir M. Tillery, 23, of Philadelphia, 36 months, $1,700 in fines, drug & alcohol assessment, DUI education, and 50 hours community service for DUI, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving under suspension.

Seven were sentenced to probation: They are:

• Dustin H. Eckard, 36, of Linden, 12 months, $300 fine, drug & alcohol assessment, DUI education, and 50 hours community service for DUI and prohibited offensive weapons.

• David A. Aikey, 37, of Montoursville, six months, $325 in fines, drug & alcohol assessment, and DUI education for DUI and traffic violations.

• Quentin Hale, 29, of Jersey Shore, 24 months, anger management and 50 hours of parenting classes for strangulation and simple assault.

• Mary L. Smith, 27, of Williamsport, 12 months, $500 fine and drug & alcohol assessment for retail theft.

• James D. Thompson, 36, of Williamsport, six months and 25 hours community service for retail theft.

• Nicholas P. Hurd, 27, of Tioga, 12 months and 50 hours community service for retail theft.

• Ryan P. Powell, 30, of Montoursville, six months and 50 hours community service for accidents involving damage.

Two were fined. They are:

• Christopher A. Pelletier, 33, of Lycoming County Prison, $200 for statement under penalty.

• Jacob M. Potter, 28, of Jersey Shore, $250 for possession of drug paraphernalia.
