City man accused of shoplifting shirt, shoes
A city man allegedly walked out of Kohl’s, 251 William St., with shoes and a shirt valued at $140 about 3:15 p.m. on Aug. 31, city police said.
Charles E. Hoehn, 36, of 821 Wildwood Blvd., is charged with retail theft, simple possession and theft, city police said.
Store surveillance captured the incident on camera, police said.
Arraigned before District Judge Christian Frey, Hoehn was released on $5,000 bail, according to court documents.
