14 people charged with various crimes
Fourteen people have been charged with various criminal offenses, according to court records. Those charged and the law enforcement agencies involved were:
â€¢ Harold Rainier, 35, of 2326 W. Fourth St.; city police; possession with intent to deliver 30 oxycodone pills, tampering with evidence and related offenses for allegedly throwing a bag of pills out of his car in the 1600 block of Memorial Avenue about 11:15 a.m. Wednesday; the bag was recovered from underneath another vehicle; jailed in lieu of $100,000 bail.
â€¢ Seneca Mitchell, 18, 2331 Dove St.; city police; possession with intent to deliver 45 bags of fentanyl and related offenses in the 600 block of Campbell Street on Sunday; jailed in lieu of $50,000 bail.
â€¢ Mikal Gardner, 37, of Mansfield; state police; criminal mischief for allegedly breaking a window at 1424 Dauber Road in Lycoming Township on Oct. 15; sent a summons to appear before a district judge.
â€¢ Tammy Lawson, 36, of 1836 Log Run Road; state police; theft and receiving stolen property for allegedly stealing her roommate’s cellphone from their home on Oct. 11; roommate only identified in court papers as “Guthrie;” sent a summons to appear before a district judge.
â€¢ Tyrone Sanders, 22, and Melissa Genay, 30, both of 36 W. Walnut St., Hughesville; state police; theft, receiving stolen property, conspiracy and corrupting the morals of a minor (a 17-year-old boy) after all three, including the minor, allegedly conspired in the stealing of a 12-volt battery outside David Probst’s garage at 15518 Route 44 in Washington Township on Sept. 27; Sanders was jailed in lieu of $25,000 bail while Genay was sent sent a summons to appear before a district judge.
â€¢ Brian McKeag, 52, of 1975 Poco Farm Road; Lycoming County District Attorney’s Office; multiple counts of agricultural trespassing, trespassing by vehicle, defiant trespassing and one count each of possession of forty grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia after allegedly storing the controlled substance on private property in the 1700 block of Log Run Road on Aug. 21; property he was not entitled to be on, court records state; sent a summons to appear before a district judge.
â€¢ Matthew Fish, 30, of 1070 Black Hollow Road, Pennsdale; state police; DUI and careless driving on Route 864 and Lockard Road in Mill Creek Township Township on July 26; his blood-alcohol content level was .10; sent a summons to appear before a district judge.
â€¢ Kyle Fullmer 30, of 950 Main St., South Williamsport; city police; DUI of a controlled substance at West Third and Pine streets pm July 1; released on $5,000 bail.
â€¢ William Kline, 60, of 1018 Clark Hill Road, Jersey Shore; state police; DUI and careless driving at Via Bella and Hepburn Township in the city on June 29; his blood-alcohol content level was .16; released on $5,000 bail.
â€¢ Steven Fenderson, 72, of 141 Benjamin Road, Eldred Township; city police; DUI on Interstate 180 on June 16; his blood-alcohol content level was .24; released on $5,000 bail.
â€¢ Shagara McCallum, 28, of 1016 Washington Blvd.; city police; DUI in the 400 block of Washington Boulevard on June 13; she refused to provide a blood sample.
â€¢ Kiah Richner, 23, of 152 Creek Road, Muncy; state police; possession with intent to deliver methamphetamines and related offenses for her alleged involvement in two drugs sales at her apartment; one on May 8 and the other on May 13; jailed in lieu of $50,000 bail.
â€¢ Sue Williams, 51, of 435 Park Ave.; two set of charges both filed by the county’s Narcotics Enforcement Unit; possession with intent to deliver crack cocaine and related offenses for her alleged involvement in two city drug sales at Park Avenue and Center Street on April 17 and April 23; the second warrant involved another charge of possession with intent to deliver crack cocaine stemming from an incident at her home on March 7; jailed in lieu of $50,000 bail.
