11 people charged with various offenses in Lycoming County

Eleven people have been charged with various criminal offenses, according to court records. Those charged and the law enforcement agencies involved were:

• Seneca Martin Mitchell, 18, of 2331 Dove St.; city police; possession with intent to deliver, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, after allegedly fleeing police officers on foot and being in possession of 45 bags of fentanyl and a distribution bag.

• Ryan James Campell, 54, of 128 Broad St., Montoursville; state police; overnight accommodations, criminal trespass, theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property, harassment; after allegedly breaking into victim’s house and stealing her cellphone at 1848 Bloomingrove Road in Loyalsock on Nov. 3.

• Caleb John Lorson, 21, of Williamsport; state police; aggravated assault, simple assault, disorderly conduct, harassment, public drunkenness; after allegedly verbally yelling at an officer and grabbing his leg and knee in DuBoistown Borough on Nov. 2. He is jailed on $25,000 and is waiting for a preliminary hearing date.

• James Joseph Krysik, 54, of 185 Crow Hill Road in Hughesville; Hughesville Police; theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property, theft by fail to make request disposition funds; after allegedly stealing copper and $3,350 while not paying rent at 36 W. Walnut St., Hughesville on Oct. 4. He is jailed on $7,500 and is waiting for a preliminary hearing date.

• Christapher Keith Tawney, 23, of 2323 Newberry St.; city police; receiving stolen property, possession with intent to deliver, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, after allegedly possessing 91.89 grams of marijuana, $931.00 and a stolen 9mm pistol at his residence on Sept. 30. He is jailed on $50,000 bail and his preliminary hearing was scheduled for Oct. 29 in front of Judge Christian Frey.

• Sean Thomas Macmillen, 46, of 53 Antes Fort Main Street; Tiadaghton Valley Regional police; DUI of 0.16 or higher, driving while suspended DUI related; after allegedly having a BAC of 0.223 in Nippenose Township on Sept. 22. He was sent a court summons and is to appear before Judge Jerry Lepley on Nov. 13.

• Keith A. Bennett, 43, of 612 Burke St., Jersey Shore; Tiadaghton Valley Regional police; simple assault, criminal mischief, disorderly conduct, harassment, public drunkenness; after allegedly punching and kicking Gary Martin at 100 Caboose Lane on Sept. 13. He was sent a court summons and appeared before Judge Lepley on Oct. 30.

• Andrew Allan Thompson, 37, of 1504 W. Fourth St.; Lycoming County District Attorney’s office; possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, after allegedly being in possession of needles, a pipe, three bags of heroin and a small amount of marijuana at his residence on July 24. He is jailed on $25,000 bail and his preliminary hearing was scheduled for Oct. 29 in front of Judge Frey.

• Dante Jeramine Hall, 28, Lycoming County District Attorney’s office; delivery of controlled substance, possession with intent to deliver, possession of a controlled substance, criminal conspiracy; after allegedly delivering heroin to a Confidential Informant at the corner of West Fourth and Berger streets on July 10. He is jailed on $100,000 and is waiting for a preliminary hearing date.

• Joshua Heath Lilley, 42, of 608 Grier St.; city police; harassment, after allegedly threatening to bash in the head of victim at 1236 Memorial Avenue on June 28. He was sent a court summons and was to appear before Judge Frey on Oct. 29.

• Darryl Middleton, 54, of 629 Fifth Ave.; Lycoming County District Attorney’s office; possession, sell, use or manufacture of firearms, possession with intent to deliver, possession of a controlled substance, after allegedly being in possession of a stolen 9mm pistol, a digital scale and drug plate, 8 plastic bags of cocaine, a 9mm Luger and $1,110 at his residence on June 19. He is jailed on $25,000 bail and is to appear before Judge Frey on Nov. 5.
