9 charged with various crimes in Lycoming County

Nine people have been charged with various criminal offenses, according to court records. Those charged and the law enforcement agencies involved were:

• Khalil Rashaun Saunders, 22, of Sunbury; South Williamsport police; fleeing or attempting to elude officer, recklessly endangering another person, reckless driving, driving at safe speeds, period for requiring lighted lamps; after allegedly driving 65 miles per hour in a 35 miles per hour zone on Route 15 from South Williamsport to Union County on Feb. 23. He was denied bail and his preliminary hearing is March 2 with Judge Whiteman.

• Susan Marie Carr, 39, of 337 Allegheny Street; Tiadaghton Valley Regional police; simple assault, harassment; after allegedly hitting and beating Donald Dangle at her residence on Feb. 22. She is jailed on $30,000 bail and will appear before Judge Lepley on Feb. 26 for her preliminary hearing.

• Amber Kay Kress, 35, no current address; state police; retail theft, harassment; after allegedly stealing items totaling $26.52 from 300 Westminster Drive on Feb. 21. She is jailed on $15,000 bail and will appear before Judge Whiteman on March 2 for her preliminary hearing.

• Dalton Lee Johnson, 18, of 408 High Street; Tiadaghton Valley Regional police; simple assault, harassment; after allegedly striking his 16 year old girlfriend and his grandmother, Sandra Page, at his residence on Feb. 14. He is jailed on $10,000 bail and appeared before Judge Lepley on Feb. 19 for his preliminary hearing.

• Caleb Zachary Reedy, 23, of Lewisburg, state police; terroristic threats, harassment; after allegedly grabbing and shoving victim and threatening to shoot them at 55 Jane Street on Feb. 12. He received a court summons and is to appear before Judge Lepley on March 11 for his preliminary hearing.

• David K. Thompson, 57, of 410 Allegheny Street; Tiadaghton Valley Regional police; harassment; after allegedly threatening Corey Engdahl at 1120 Allegheny Street on Jan. 29. He was sent a court summons and is to appear before Judge Lepley on March 4 for his preliminary hearing.

• Joseph Lynn Snyder, 47, of 3687 Beaver Run Road, state police; DUI, maximum speed limits, careless driving; after allegedly driving 60 miles per hour in a 45 miles per hour zone on Route 220 in Piatt Township on Jan. 21. He was sent a court summons and is to appear before Judge Lepley on March 25 for his preliminary hearing.

• Jason Van Franklin, 46, of 1133 Canoe Run Road; state police; DUI, registration of certification of title required, careless driving, driving on roadways lined for traffic; after allegedly driving with a BAC of 0.163 and crashing into a tree at 110 Furnace Run Road on Jan. 19. He was sent a court summons and is to appear before Judge Lepley on March 25 for his preliminary hearing.

• Christopher Levan, 45, of Danville, Tiadaghton Valley Regional police; use or possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia; after allegedly having a scale, an eye glasses case, needles, a q-tip, a measuring spoon and four cell phones in his possession on Route 220 in Porter Township on Nov. 30, 2019. He was sent a court summons and appeared before Judge Lepley on Feb. 19 for his preliminary hearing.
