Man pleads guilty to possession charge

JERSEY SHORE — Daniel Heeman, 37, of Canton, pled guilty last week before District Judge Jerry C. Lepley to a charge of possession of marijuana after Tiadaghton Valley Regional police withdrew a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.

The charges stemmed from an incident on Route 220 in Piatt Township on May 21, according to court records. Heeman made arrangements to pay $792 in fines and court costs.
