Several injured in separate crashes
Paul Mahon, 58, of Montoursville, remained in critical condition Monday night in Geisinger Medical Center, Danville, with injuries he suffered when the four-wheel all-terrain vehicle he was operating overturned on Quaker Church Road in Mill Creek Township on March 8, state police said Friday.
A passenger, Julie Mahon, 57, also of Montourville, also suffered serious injuries and was taken to UPMC Williamsport, but has since been discharged.
Concerning another crash, Kimela Massetti, 55, of Williamsport, declined treatment for injuries she suffered when her SUV struck a deer on Four Mile Drive, just west of Sycamore Drive, in Loyalsock Township about 5 p.m. Saturday, state police said.
In a third crash, Ryan Mondell, 25, of Montoursville, was treated at UPMC Williamsport for injuries he suffered when his 2015 Toyota Tundra struck an embankment and struck several trees on Sulphur Springs Road in Washington Township last Thursday, police said.
