Police: Man’s target shooting goes astray

Brian Hamm, 23, of 17 S. Main St., Montgomery, was arraigned before District Judge Jon E. Kemp on charges of discharging a firearm into an occupied structure, recklessly endangering another person, disorderly conduct and criminal mischief that stems from him target shooting with a rifle in the 900 block of McNett Road in Clinton Township about 6 p.m. on July 11, state police said.
