Ten people receive sentences in Lycoming County

Ten people were recently sentenced in Lycoming County Court.

Two people were sentenced to county prison. They are:

• Kareem I. Smith, 41, of Williamsport, 12 days to 12 months and 50 hours community service for harassment.

• Daniel Morgret, 26, of Muncy, 34 days to 12 months, 25 hours community service and drug & alcohol assessment for possession of a controlled substance.

Five people were sentenced to intermediate punishment. They are:

• Justin M. Haugh, 39, of Lock Haven, work release, DUI education, drug & alcohol assessment, and $1,000 fine for DUI.

• Ryan D. Watson, 42, of Montoursville, electronic monitoring, 50 hours community service, DUI education, and drug & alcohol assessment for DUI and driving while under suspension.

• Christopher McCann, 49, of Jersey Shore, work release, 24 months probation, DUI education, drug & alcohol assessment, and $1,000 fine for DUI and carrying firearms without a license.

• Lonnie R. Gainer Jr., 37, of Williamsport, electronic monitoring, DUI education, drug & alcohol assessment, and $500 fine for DUI.

• Alexander J. Myers, 21, of Montoursville, work release, 50 hours community service, DUI education, drug & alcohol assessment, and $1,500 fine for DUI.

Three people were sentenced to probation. They are:

• Travis Lee Bliler, 34, of Hughesville, 12 months, 50 hours community service, and drug & alcohol assessment for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Christopher Deitrich, 19, of Montgomery, six months and 25 hours community service for disorderly conduct.

• James Gelzenlienter, 68, of Cross Fork, 12 months for terroristic threats.
