12 people sentenced
Twelve people were recently sentenced in Lycoming County Court.
One person was sentenced to state prison. He is :
• Jonathan R. Bair, 42, of Williamsport, 36 to 72 months for burglary.
One person was sentenced to county prison. He is:
• Dhakwan M. Kelly, 28, of Williamsport, 100 to 262 days for possession with intent to deliver.
Three people were sentenced to intermediate punishment. They are:
• Dustin H. Eckard, 37, of Cogan Station, eligible for electronic monitoring, 90 days probation, 100 hours of community service, and $2,500 in fines for DUI, recklessly endangering another person, and driving while under suspension.
• Andrew Taylor, 30, of Muncy, eligible for electronic monitoring, 50 hours of community service, drug and alcohol evaluation, and $1,500 fine for DUI.
• Mustafa Naeem Scott, 38, of Williamsport, eligible for electronic monitoring, 50 hours of community service, drug and alcohol evaluation, and $1,500 fine for DUI.
Five people were sentenced to probation. They are:
• Jason Robert Weikel, 40, of Mount Carmel, six months, 25 hours of community service and mental health counseling for retail theft.
• Kia Bell, 45, of Williamsport, 12 months, 50 hours of community service and $200 fine for possession of a controlled substance and driving while under suspension.
• Matthew David Aber, 35, of Jersey Shore, six months and 25 hours of community service for disorderly conduct.
• Marco Phillip Garrison, 41, of Williamsport, 24 months, 50 hours of community service and drug and alcohol assessment for simple assault.
• Adam Myles Baggett, 32, of Scranton, 24 months, 50 hours of community service, drug and alcohol assessment, and mental health assessment for terroristic threats.
Two were fined. They are:
• Connie Ragan, 39, of Williamsport, $25 for disorderly conduct.
• Dalmeer Abdul Ale Clark, 21, of Williamsport, $100 for a small amount of drugs.
