Crack cocaine dealer sentenced
A man who pleaded guilty to possession with intent to distribute crack cocaine in Lycoming County was sentenced to 10 years in federal prison.
Gary Neal was sentenced to 10 years and three years of supervised release by U.S. Middle District Judge Matthew W. Brann.
The court documents were sealed concerning Neal’s distribution of the crack and where. The report said it was done through the county and ended in July 2017.
Neal was defended by Robert Hoffa, defense attorney.
Magistrate Judge William I. Arbuckle determined Neal to be a career offender who faced a maximum of 20 years in prison.
