The Lycoming County Court recently sentenced 12 people:

State prison:

Charles Shaffer, 57, of Lock Haven, one to five years, $2,600 fine and six months probation for DUI of difluoroethane, CRN and smelling/inhaling toxic substances

County prison:

Douglas Fredericks, 47, of Williamsport, one year and three years of probation for burglary, criminal trespass, simple assault and possessing prohibited weapons

Tyler Moyer, 27, of Mill Hall, 10-46 days and $300 fine for DUI

Beau Beisswanger, 34, 15-30 days for defiant trespassing

Probation:

Justin Fisher, 29, of Williamsport, two years for endangering the welfare of children and overdosing with children in his home

Lindsay Sheets, 19, of Williamsport, six months for retail theft

Tori Newberry, 23, of Lock Haven, six months and $500 fine for DUI and driving under suspension

Darrell Carter Junior, 25, of Williamsport, six months for open lewdness and RA

Priscilla Hostetter, 26, of New Columbia, six months for statement under penalty

Devin Hoffman, 35, of Williamsport, six months for disorderly conduct

Christopher Savage, 28, of Williamsport, two years for aggravated assault and simple assault

Electronic monitoring:

Melodee Lewis, 51, of Cogan Station, 12 days and $600 fine for DUI and accidents
