1 injured in motorcycle crash

The operator of a motorcycle, James Stutzman, 40, of Williamsport, was treated at UPMC Williamsport for injuries he suffered when the bike and a car collided at Sixth and Park avenues about 10:10 a.m. Wednesday, city police said. The driver of the car fled the scene, but police soon located him and his damaged vehicle on nearby Seventh Avenue. He also was taken to the hospital, and police said he may have suffered a medical emergency behind the wheel. His identity was not released, and the crash remained under investigation. State police released the identities of those involved in the two-vehicle crash on Route 14, about two miles north of Trout Run, on Monday morning. Robert Hoffman, 73, of Williamsport, driving a Jeep, was admitted to Geisinger Medical Center, Danville. There was no word on his condition Wednesday night. The other driver was Harold Fulmer, 81, and a passenger, his wife, Genevieve, 74, both Roaring Branch. They were treated at UPMC Williamsport.
