One employee allegedly threatened another
Robert Pellacore, 32, of 320 Center St., has been jailed on charges of allegedly threatening an employee at Rival’s, 420 River Ave., during a disturbance at the Loyalsock Township business about 1:15 p.m. on Oct. 14, according to court records.
A verbal argument between Pellacore and the unidentified employee escalated when Pellacore first threatened “to beat the victim’s a–“ and then “pulled out a pocketknife and told the employee he was going to cut his throat,” a trooper alleged in an affidavit. At the time, Pellacore also was an employee at Rival’s, but he no longer works there, court records stated.
Once in custody, Pellacore admitted to the allegation of pulling out a knife, police said. Arraigned before District Judge William Solomon on charges of terroristic threats, simple assault, disorderly conduct and harassment, he was committed to the Lycoming County Prison in lieu of $15,000 bail.
