James Lee Hall, 36, of 3655 Pine St., Cogan Station; Lycoming Regional police at Lycoming Creek Road and Sweeley Avenue in Old Lycoming Township on Feb. 1; also charged with one summary offense.

Caitlin Ann Willow, 28, of Canton; state police at Route 654 and Valley Road in Susquehanna Township on Jan. 28; also charged with possession of marjuana and possession of drug paraphernalia as well as five summary offenses.

Condoah Dobbs, 43, of 1005 Packer St.; state police on Route 15 in the city on Jan. 12; also charged with three summary offenses.

Marco Kevin Ward, 40, of 1506 Sutton Ave.; state police at Fifth and Park avenues on Dec. 30; also charged with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and three summary offenses.

Aiden Judah Weaver, 25, of 671 Ames Place; state police in the 1000 block of High Street in the city on Dec, 15; also charged with two summary offenses.

James Thornton, 21, of Mount Joy; state police at East Third Street and Person Avenue in Loyalsock Township on Dec. 14; also charged with three summary offenses.

Dakota MacGill, 25, of 614 E. Village Drive; city police at West Third and Pine streets on Dec. 7; also charged with one summary offense.

Tyler Christian Dick, 18, of Riverhead, New York; state police at West Fourth and Park streets in the city on Dec. 6; also charged with five summary offenses.

Kylie Lynn Major, 28, of 2500 Federal Ave., apartment 108; state police on Interstate 180 at the Maynard Street interchange in the city on Nov. 28; also charged with two summary offenses.

Ashley Beamer, 28, of 20 Washington Blvd.; state police in the 800 block of First Street in the city on Nov. 18; also charged with four summary offenses.

Timothy Lewis Adkins, 42, 709 Grace St.; state police in the 100 block of Washington Boulevard in the city on Oct. 10; also charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and three summary offenses.

Volodymyr Lavryshyn, 19, of 206 College Ave.; state police on Sulphur Springs Road in Armstrong Township on Oct. 5; also charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Niall James Pegues, 23, of 308 Campbell St., apartment 6; state police on Sulphur Springs Road in Armstrong Township on Oct 5; also charged with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and two summary offenses.

Ryleigh Sue Surine, 19, of Lawrenceville; state police on Route 15 in Old Lycoming Township on Oct. 2; also charged with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia as well as two summary offenses.

Stanley Wheeler, 62, of 507 Fifth Ave.; state police in the 1900 block of Lycoming Creek Road on Sept 2; also charged with two summary offenses.

Alexis Jo Sweet, 34, of 924 W. Third St.; state police in the 2300 block of Route 654 in Susquehanna Township on Sept 1; also charged with one summary offense.

Chase Walmsley, 27, of 61 Canton St., Roaring Branch; state police in the area of Interstate 180 and the Maynard Street interchange in the city on May 31; also charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia as well as two summary offenses.
