Rhonesia Brooks, 44, of 813 Elmira St., faces two misdemeanor charges of terroristic threats after sending threatening text messages to a city juvenile while he was at home, city police alleged in an affidavit. “I’ll shoot the whole (expletive) school up, starting with the (expletive). Then I’m going to shoot you, then your friends and then everyone else,” it was alleged in the court document. Initially jailed, Brooks waived her preliminary hearing before District Judge Aaron Biichle last week and is now free on $30,000 bail.
