Fifteen motorists have been charged with DUI, according to county records. They are:

Madeline Swoyer, 35, of 601 N. Arch St., Montoursville; borough police in the 400 block of Broad Streeton May 17; also charged with one summary offense.

Tabitha Merkel, 40, of 8 Rainbow Drive, Jersey Shore; South Williamsport police in the 300 block of Howard Street on April 22; also charged with two summary offenses.

Brett R. Fausey, 24, of 132 Fink Drive, Montoursville; state police following a single-vehicle crash in which his 2014 Chevrolet Impala overturned the 6200 block of Northway Road in Eldred Township on April 6; also charged with six summary violations.

Michelle Lynn Berger, 52, of 414 Percy St., South Williamsport; state police in the 1800 block of East Third Street in Loyalsock Township on April 4; also charged with four summary offenses.

Reese Thomas Scott, 22, of 873 Dutch Hollow Road, Jersey Shore; Pennsylvania College of Technology police in the 900 block of Vine Avenue in the city on March 7; also charged with one summary violation.

Braden Foresman, 26, of 750 Susquehanna Trailer, Muncy; Muncy police in the 400 block of South Washington Street in the borough on Feb. 28; also charged with one summary offense.

Jahmique Butler, 21, of Elmira, New York; state police at Maynard Street and Riverside Drive in South Williamsport on Feb. 28; also charged with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and five summary violations.

Ashley Marie Sipe, 42, of 2875 Quaker State Road, Montoursville; state police on Interstate 180 in Loyalsock Township on Feb. 15; also charged with three summary offenses.

Amber Fay Trautner, 36, of 131 S. Main St., Muncy; Muncy police in the 500 block of East Penn Street in Muncy Creek Township on Feb. 11; also charged with one summary offense.

Devin Garcia, 19, of 1 College Place; state police in the 100 block of Maynard Street in the city on Feb. 2; also charged with five summary offenses.

Kahlan Alexis Kessler, 28, of 3098 Route 442, Muncy; Muncy police on North Washington Street in the borough on Jan. 24; also charged with one summary offense.

David Matthew Strothers, 64, of 2220 Mosser Ave.; state police at West Third and Arch streets in the city on Jan. 20; also charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and two summary violations.

Bryan Labs, 38, of 570 Cement Hollow Road, Jersey Shore; Lycoming County Regional police following a single-vehicle crash in the 1500 block of Cement Hollow Road in Piatt Township on Jan. 17; also charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and two summary violations.

Jennifer Lynn Stover, 55, of 150 Sylvan Dell Road, South Williamsport; state police on Route 15 in Clinton Township on Oct. 3; also charged with possession of marijuana and two summary violations.

Chanel Carolyn Murray, 34, of Morrisdale, Clearfield County; state police at Route 287 and Zinck Road in Mifflin Township on April 12, 2024; also charged with two summary offenses.
