Nine motorists have been charged with DUI, according to court records filed at local district judge’s offices. They are:

• Derrell Cornelius Cox, 33, of 396 W. Third St.; state police at Brandon Avenue and Elmira Street in the city on May 9; also charged with five summary violations plus theft for illegally possessing personal information and a credit card belonging to another man.

• Jerry Lynn Barger Jr., 33, of 2620 Euclid Ave., DuBoistown; state police at Riverside Drive and Grove Street in South Williamsport on April 25; also charged with four summary violations.

• Jossalyn Jo Brehm, 18, 2071 Poco Farm Road; state police at Hawthorne Avenue and Walnut Street in the city on April 13; also charged with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and four summary violations.

• Desmond Andreas Lee, 26, of 1015 Market St.; state police in the 700 block of West Edwin Street in the city on April 12; also charged with two summary violations.

• Shane Christopher Trimble, 36, of 1029 Railway St.; state police in the 100 block of Maynard Street in the city on April 5; also charged with four summary violations.

• Chanel Lavonne Carson-Valentine, 26, of 1588 Randall Circle; state police on Interstate 180 in Loyalsock Township on March 6; also charged with three summary offenses.

• Daniel Francis, 28, of Churchville, New York; state police following a crash on Route 15 in Lewis Township on Jan. 26; also charged with possession of marijuana.

• Hollie Ann Treese, 42, of 2230 Fox St.; state police on Hepburn Street near Interstate 180 in the city on Jan. 20; also charged with three summary violations.

• Cassandra Yagel, 33, of 643 Lloyd St.; state police on Interstate 180 in Montoursville on Dec. 7; also charged with three summary violations.
