Jocelyn Gardner-Fox, 36, whose last known address was in the 800 block of West Fourth St., has been charged with misdemeanor shoplifting for allegedly stealing $175 worth of merchandise from the Family Dollar, 328 Memorial Ave., last Sept. 16, according to city police. Incarcerated in the county prison on another matter, Gardner-Fox has waived her preliminary hearing before District Judge Aaron Biichle, who set bail at $10,000.
