Lycoming Digital Copier values customer relationships

Located along Lycoming Mall Drive sits Lycoming Digital Copier Co., a full office machine supply and service business that was first part of Huffman’s Office Equipment before becoming its own entity in 2017 and continuing to share a location with James Huffman’s store.

Kevin Miller, president, alongside Patrick Venema, treasurer and head of IT and David Winner, head of service, have over 90 years of combined experience in office machinery and service of copiers, scanners, shredders and more.

The business also sells and services multi function products for printing, faxing, copying and scanning, paper shredders, stand alone units and supplies.

“We are the only locally owned and operated copier business in the county,” Miller said. He also added that they employ all local people for their business.

“We also fit the individual to their needs,” he said. “We find what is best for them out of our product lines.”

Brands like Epson, Muratec, Kyoceras and even some HP and Samsung products are readily available at the business.

Each machine also comes in full color or monochrome according to Miller. “I don’t know if anyone can beat our response time, our support,” he continued. “We stock everything to fix their problems.”

Not only does the business provide service for any simple or more complicated machinery repairs, but they also offer service agreements.

“The relationship with our customers is important,” Miller said.

Venema stressed that customer relationships are very important and stated that the business also donates equipment to struggling local charities and nonprofits.

Miller added by stating non-profit organizations also get a discount on equipment.

“The chamber has been a huge avenue for us,” he said.
