The 26th season of the Community Arts Center begins Friday with a show featuring comedian Jim Breuer.

Sponsored by the Williamsport Sun-Gazette, UPMC Susquehanna, BB&T and Keystone Advertising Specialties, the show begins at 7:30 p.m.

It is just the start of a packed schedule of entertainment that will appeal to a diverse range of audiences.

“There is a definite anticipation for the 2019-2020 season of shows,” said Ana Gonzalez-White, Development Director of the Community Arts Center.

“We have a tradition of quality programming at the CAC and I think our community will find that there is a little bit of something for everyone this season. As we enter our 26th year, we have an exciting lineup that begins with comedian, Jim Breuer on Friday, Oct. 4, followed by Grammy Award-Winning true blues legend, Buddy Guy on Wednesday, Oct. 16. Our season continues with our educational series shows, the Broadway show Once, country musician Josh Turner, master storyteller Arlo Guthrie, The Nutcracker, Fiddler on the Roof, Daniel Tiger’s Neighborhood Live, Dallas String Quartet, Bela Fleck and the Flecktones, Steep Canyon Rangers and more. We’re working hard to bring innovative arts programming and performances to our area. You don’t want to miss it!”
