Loyalsock school board considers tax increase
Presentation of a tentative 2021-22 budget reflecting a .43 tax increase was on the agenda for the Loyalsock Township School Board at their meeting Wednesday evening. Real estate taxes would increase from 14.67 mills to 15.10 mills if the proposed budget is approved.
That millage increase would result in township residents paying $43 more on each $100,000 of a property’s assessed value.
