Rhashan West-Bey celebrated his “half Birthday” last night at the Crosscutters game against West Virginia.

The 39 year old ‘Cutters Director of Smiles greeted guests at the park with a free pin, signed photos, Birthday cake, and a special rendition of “Take me out to the ballgame” in the middle of the 5th inning (last night’s game was a 7-inning game).
