Raymond A. Kerr

Raymond A. Kerr, 98, Wellsboro, died on Friday, Feb. 19, 2021. Raymond was a World War II veteran serving in the U.S. Navy.

A graveside service at West Branch Cemetery with military honors will be announced later.
