Money changers
I have noticed articles in the newspaper that communities in Lycoming County are hiring outside firms to assist them with their MS4 issues. I thought that was the reasoning behind the formation of the Lycoming County Water and Sanitary Authorities.
Why is this resource not desired? Incompetency, mismanagement, hardly any equipment, and hardly any boots on the ground?
They just seem to be money changers and what did the Bible say about money changers?
