Three-year contract

In the May 3, 2019, edition of the Lock Haven Express, I read the article about Keystone Central teachers getting a new three-year contract pay freeze for the first two years. On the third year, the teachers’ salaries go up 1.25 percent. As a taxpayer, I would like to know what each teacher is making per year with benefits and health care costs. This is public information. I think every taxpayer has a right to know how our taxes are being spent on teacher contracts. I would like to see what kind of contracts they got.
