Precarious to navigate

As a former resident and now an occasional visitor, I am shocked at the condition of Williamsport city streets. One must navigate with precarious caution to avoid the deep holes in the streets. Especially toward evening hours it becomes difficult to avoid the road shrapnel. Visitors are drawn to the history and beauty of Williamsport and it would be a shame if they must spend their time at a local repair shop instead of enjoying the natural surroundings. Repairing roadways would encourage tourism, increase revenue, and please the residents.
