Litter downtown
I have worked downtown for two years now and I get out for lunch and whatever task I need to do. I am appalled at all of the litter. The town is a disgrace. What has happened to us as a people? No upbringing? Who is responsible? The business owners, the city or both? I am now embarrassed to say I am from Williamsport. We are just like any other trashy city, in my opinion. I hope our new mayor will take notice or he may already have, and set something in place.
