Today’s paper at the top had a photo of a U.S. Seaman with a statement next to it “Naval base shooter spoke against USA.” What in the world is wrong with your proofreader? This clearly implies that this guy was the shooter. This is a major insult to him, his family and all veterans. Did you do this because of his name? He in fact was a victim and by all accounts a hero who went after the shooter. People who scan the headlines and don’t know now assume this sailor was a shooter and terrorist. This is unexcusable since the photo of the real shooter has been released and out there.
