In good hands
On July 22, I had a complicated surgical biopsy procedure at UPMC Williamsport. I want to thank all of the nurses and everyone, the doctors and all the staff.
There was a nurse named Jodi who really explained the procedure in a forceful way, getting right up to my face so I understood all that was taking place and really helping me. She said she worked there for 29 years. Perhaps the hospital should think about having a person like her who would follow and explain to the patient what is taking place as you’re laying there.
And, I would like to thank my competent urologist and competent, caring cancer doctor. I won’t mention their names but they both make a patient feel like he is in good hands.
