Two conventions

A recent op-ed compared two conventions. One glorious and joyful, the other gloomy and drab , boringly business like. One full of thousands expecting to be entertained by celebrities, many whom went away disappointed because Beyonce was a no-show. Hundreds of multi-millionaires and billionaires knowing full well Harris was lying when she promised voters she would raise taxes on these people were there.

Another attendee was Gwen Walz who boasted she loved the smell of burning tires. 1999 Minnesota high school football champions and their couch Rick Sutton enjoyed a paid-for reunion. Renowned J6 committee liar Stephanie Grisham was even invited to speak. Those not in attendance to this magnificent gala were the members of the Minnesota National Guard that Walz abandoned. Others not in attendance were the 92% of Harris’ staff that quit because Harris was a terrible boss, Blanche Brown, whose husband Harris was paramour to, was not there. Cheree Peoples who Harris jailed for truancy because her daughter was in the hospital with sickle cell instead of at school was a no show. Hundreds of former Minneapolis businesses that Walz allowed rioters to burn out and as it happened those that suffered the unlucky fortune of being arrested were then bailed out by Harris boycotted. Neighborhoods where residents who were viewing from their porches Minneapolis burning, ignoring Walz’ curfew, Walz then ordered police and Nation Guard to shoot them with paint balls also opted out. Of course others not there were anyone without legal Ids. What didn’t occur in one convention was the counting of primary votes for their POTUS candidate. I guess that pretty well sums up many of the differences between two conventions.
