Schools are becoming terrorists against children!!!!

What is it about T-shirts that drive the Left nuts? There should be an official syndrome named for this problem. PTDS [Patriotic T-Shirt Derangement Syndrome] strikes again aimed at a 12-year old student of Fort Campbell Middle School who was told her “Support Our Troops” T-shirt violated dress code.

The 12-year-old daughter of a U.S. soldier deployed overseas was reportedly sent home from school by administrators for violating the dress code. Cejai Taylor wore a red t-shirt to honor her father, Sgt. James Taylor, and other service members. It was part of a “red shirt day” campaign that she hoped to start at the school.

But administrators reportedly objected because the shirt did not have a collar, though they are taking another look at their policy.

And here’s the kicker. This all happened at Mahaffey Middle School, which is located on Fort Campbell Army Base in Kentucky.

Relene, they acted irresponsibly and our rights are GUARANTEED within the Constitution. No matter what acts we may commit as citizens, we are afforded them.

Gav,

" Just because an individual decides to act irresponsibly does not mean we limit the rights of others."

These men didn't act irresponsibly, they took lives, and intended to take more than what God allowed. Rights? They don't like America and subsequently perpetrated acts of violence against this country, so wherein do their rights lie?

NEPA92,

You wouldn't be pushing some "Big Govt. threats on an open forum which last I checked provides for "free speech" as does the Constitution, would you?

I am a fundamental Christian and we don not believe the Constitution was God written, if that's your implication.

We do believe in honor to country and allegiance to it by its "citizens", which I believe one, if not both these men were, right?

In addition, I personally dated and knew a Secret Service man for over a period of several years. No person, that I've seen, has threatened to kill "O" or Bush for that matter. Therein is some serious investigatioon for our SS, not efforts knocking on doors of those persons who don't like him. That is not a crime.

I despise the two bombers as muh as anyone else. However, in my 72 years, I have NEVER used the "f" word, let only multiple times on one LTE. I thought you better than that.

In response to the statement, why the FBI didn't review the information the older brother posted on Facebook. If the FBI reviewed some of the things that people post on Facebook about President Obama, many of my Facebook friends would be visited by the Secret Service. I love how some of the same people who compare the constitution to a God written document to protect their right to have any gun they deem appropriate, want to ignore that same Holy document and hang this guy with a new rope.

Just as "O" sat and watched in real time, four American Citizens get killed in Benghazi, the muslim sympathizer in the oval office watched Boston's fireworks....hmmm.

Gotta love it Phil! Your letters evoke more responses than "carter's has liver pills." :)

We are not "at war with Islam," remember? "Let's not jump to conclusions." "Islam is a religion of peace." "I will not (as if he legally determines) have this man tried as an enemy conbatant." "I am a Christian, not a Muslim." "The terrorists are on the run." And on and on and on it goes....where it stops...only Obama knows."

"Chris Hayes the talk show host." - JerryfromRI

Yes, he has on several occasions, but I do notice that he is nowhere near as snarky when criticizing ANYTHING that this President or Liberal Democrats do, and often deflecting the conversation when one of the panelists do.

Sorry that posted twice. Have no idea why. -------------------------------------

According to the news, Michelle visited another injured Saudi at the hospital, a female doctor named Nura Khalid Saleh al-Ajaji. Tweets from members of the Alharbi family give “credibility” to the report.

HOWEVER, she did not visit any of the runners or other citizens that was injured. Apparently Moocherella and Dumbama are only interested in muslims.

War on terror? Not since Bush left office. This administration’s national security policy is appeasing the priniples of Islamic Shariah, and look what that got the people in Boston!

"Spike I am not sure where you got your information on the Saudi that was being questioned, but don't you find it interesting that Napolitano won't answer any questions about him and Mrs Dumbama went to see him in the hospital. Did she visit any of the other victims - NO. Another cover-up by the media and the left. They are just so corrupt!"

The mysterious Saudi national is Abdul Rahman Ali Alharbi, with ties to a well-connected Saudi family. His departure is set to be framed as a “voluntary” departure to be with his family.

Bret's report did organize the details but he admits that he is only going by what the agencies concerned and his "sources" are telling him. He does add that the accuracy is still an open question.

Frankly, if the government is investigating this crime, they shouldn't feel the need to answer anyone's conspiracy theories, at least not yet.

Fair and balanced.

I admit, I had fully anticipated a conversation like this since these 2 individuals were identified. If you have not noticed I am very passionate about our rights and have no desire to let any of them slip away. Just because an individual decides to act irresponsibly does not mean we limit the rights of others.

To all of the chuckleheads out there that would execute this kid with extreme prejudice without the benefit of due process, all I can say is that if they do it to him this week, they'll be doing it to you and I next week. You give up for yourself what you take from him. Is that what you want?

And Gavin, the latest I just heard is that the Saudi who was questioned was actually funding these 2. Maybe the FBI should have checked the older brother's Youtube page and noticed the radical Islam page and his hate for America?? Oh that would be profiling wouldn't it. Not politically correct. Well until this country gets over political correctness, we will continue to be attacked by the radical Islam. But they are part of the Muslim Brotherhood who Obama is sending our tax dollars to and actually has several members of in his own cabinet. They have stated over and over that they want to kill Americans. Scared yet??

I don't know Jerry, Chris and pretty much everyone on the left was pretty silent every time I brought up about the 17 year old US citizen killed by a drone strike in Yemen and the fact that the White House has still refused to release any information on this individual other than his name, Abdulrahman al-Awlaki.

"...I have always had a problem with the drone strikes on American citizens overseas. What I do find interesting is the near complete silence from the left about it."

My feeds are awash with conversations about drone strikes and have been for months. I would credit Chris Hayes with blazing the way on this one.
