I am not a balloon pilot, but I can tell you the balloon is not filled with "gas", especially not "propane gas" as stated in the article. The 7-10 BTU per hour burner simply burns propane mixed with oxygen to heat the air inside the envelope of the "hot air balloon". A hot propane balloon would be much too dangerous! I guess that should have been explained better to Savannah.
