what a waste of fracking gas impact fees...we are still waiting on roads to get paved, which by the way should be paid for by the gas industry and not by the taxpayers as part of the transportation bill. The City and County can certainly find ways to spend the money to help local wealthy hotshots out while they forget about you and I.
