Expecting, new or experienced mothers are encouraged to join "Baby CafF" from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. Aug. 17 in the Maple Room of Susquehanna Tower in Williamsport Regional Medical Center.
Susquehanna Health's Heartworks program offers a new grief support group for young adults ages 18 to 35, who are coping with the death of someone close to them.
Sessions are held monthly from 7 to 8:30 p.m.
This month's sessions are scheduled Aug. 14 and 28 at Divine Providence Hospital, 1100 Grampian Boulevard.

AARP Driver Safety
A 2-day course for drivers 50 years and older to improve their safety while driving will be offered from 12:30 to 4:30 p.m. Aug. 15 and 16 at Susquehanna Health's LifeCenter, Lycoming Mall.

Susquehanna Health's LifeCenter will host the American Heart Association' CPR Anytime program in two sessions at 10:30 a.m. or 1 p.m. Aug. 21.
Presented by the Pennsylvania Department of Health, this program offers hands-on learning for performing CPR. Participants will receive a free training kit that includes a mini Annie doll, booklet and DVD.

Get Your Groove Back
Susquehanna Health's Spirit of Women program invites postmenopausal women to attend "Get Your Groove Back," from 5:30 to 7 p.m. Aug. 21 in the Walnut Conference Room, Williamsport Regional Medical Center. The free event will feature Shari Berthold, physical therapist at Susquehanna Health Rehabilitation Services, who will discuss pelvic floor issues and non-surgical treatment options; and Mary Hostetler, a certified nurse midwife at Susquehanna Health OB/GYN, will offer insights into maintaining intimacy throughout the years.
A light dinner and refreshments will be served.
