Two men remain incarcerated on charges stemming from disturbances in the 1600 block of Randall Circle on Jan. 16, according to state police.
Marco Antonio Ortega-Ramos, 20, of 1718 Randall Circle, has been charged with aggravated assault, trespassing, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness for allegedly attempting to spit on a state trooper about 11:30 p.m., police said. He is jailed in the Lycoming County Prison in lieu of $75,000 bail and a probation violations.
About 30 minutes before this incident, Jalil Lateef Ford, also 20, was taken into custody following an incident at his mother's home at 1637 Randall Circle, police said.
Charged with resisting arrest, trespassing, disorderly conduct, public drunkenness and harassment, Ford was jailed that night on a probation violation. He is jailed in lieu of $15,000 bail.
